    Myron will demonstrate Ribs, Beef Brisket, Chicken and a Whole Hog. Attendees will have a chance to learn from the 'BBQ King' and try each course in a casual atmosphere. Each course with be paired with a beer from g.housen.

    $35 $20 includes refreshments, a taste of tomato pie and pork slider.
    Advanced purchase is $20, at the door $25.

    Former New England Culinary Institute Executive Chef & Owner of Café Provence, Chef Robert Barral will prepare Tomato Pie with the local Junior Iron Chef team. A taste will be served.

    10:00am
    Myron Mixon demonstrates his sauces, rubs and a whole hog with the assistance of the Junior Iron Chef team. BBQ Pork Sliders and refreshments will be served.
