7pm - VIP lesson, dinner and beer pairing
Myron will demonstrate chicken, ribs, brisket & a whole hog in the beautiful
setting of the Hermitage Inn.
Each demonstration will be followed by a course of that food paired with a beer.

Former New England Culinary Institute Executive Chef & Owner of Café Provence, Chef Robert Barral will prepare Tomato Pie with the local Junior Iron Chef team. A taste will be served.
10:00am
Myron Mixon demonstrates his sauces, rubs and a whole hog with the assistance
of the Junior Iron Chef team.
BBQ Pork Sliders and refreshments will be served.
Grand Summit Ballroom, Mount Snow, VT

Taste of the Deerfield Valley Food Festival
