Myron will demonstrate chicken, ribs, brisket & a whole hog in the beautiful setting of the Hermitage Inn.
Each demonstration will be followed by a course of that food paired with a beer.

& the Jr. Iron Chef Team

Former New England Culinary Institute Executive Chef & Owner of Café Provence, Chef Robert Barral will prepare Tomato Pie with the local Junior Iron Chef team. A taste will be served.

Myron Mixon demonstrates his sauces, rubs and a whole hog with the assistance of the Junior Iron Chef team. BBQ Pork Sliders and refreshments will be served.
